SCOPE OF SERVICES:-

1) ENGINE: - Checking for engine parameters and if necessary set in order, like oil pressure, water temperature, air pressure etc.
(2) Checking of engine performance by measuring fuel consumption alignment and testing on Load.
(3) Checking of cooling system i.e. water temp. radiator, fan & fan belt including heat exchangers
(4) Checking of air compressor and air bottle for leakage, wear & tear.
(5) Checking of performance of fuel pump and nozzles & fuel supply system.
(6) Tappet setting, valve clearance checking etc.
(7) Soap test for lubricating oil.
(8) Checking of filters of fuel, lubricant oil and air.
(9) Necessary other minor checks and works like stopping of water diesel oil leakage.
(10) Also necessary suggestions for better performance and improvement necessary.
(11)Checking condition of exciter commentator brushes slip rings.
(12) Checking main connections & function of safety system.
