- Our Service Engineer will visit the site at the location mentioned, for eachattending the engine (12) twelve times in a calendar year for each D.G. Set.
- Normally visit will be of the duration only from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Consumable Spare Parts required for Repairs/ Replacements of the D.G. Set willhave to be available by you on the day of our Service Engineers visit.
- All necessary Skilled Labor, Tools, Crane Facilities, Lifting Tackle, Lubricants and other Facilities for Completion of the Job will be provided by you.
- Major Repairs, Overhauling of the Engine is beyond the preview of this Service Contract.
- Under the Contract ,We undertake the Service of D.G. Set only, any failure/damage to the Equipment will not be our Responsibility.
- Since major Repairs can not be taken up and completed in a day.Visit of service
- Engineer will have to be acknowledged by you by signing report without delay.
- On Acceptance of such Contract, Please return duplicate duly signed by your Authorized Person.
- In return for the Service rendered under Contract covering of DG Set 12 (twelve) visits, you shall pay sum of Rs. /- (Rs. ) For one D.G. set and will have to pay 50% Advance after Three months.
- Additional visit will be charged separately on Rs. /- Per Day Basis.
